Last night we decided to make a crustless quiche - which is basically a glorified baked omelette. It's really great if you're trying to cut down on carbs or banting.

Last night we watched Sondheim’s SWEENEY TODD at Pieter Toerien’s Montecasino Theatre. What a thrilling theatrical performance filled with suspense, passion and deliciously dark humour. The score and lyrics have taken on iconic status, directed and designed by the award-winning KickstArt team of Steven Stead and Greg King, featuring an all-star South African cast and starring Jonathan Roxmouth and Charon Williams-Ros … it doesn’t get any better than this!
